A Lona Forte is a sophisticated plastic fabric lined with high or low density Polyethylene. It is very resistant, light, pliable, and was developed to last and give protection for many years, with total efficiency. It has countless uses, such as covering camping sites, boats, swimming pools, baggage carts, agricultural products. The largest canvas ever manufactured by our company sized 50m x 50m, in a sewing and welding job that involved many employees. Canvas are marketed with welded hem (with sisal insertions) and anti-corrosion galvanized metallic eyeholes.

With respect to the blocking of light, there is no other product in the market that allows only 6% passage of light when manufactured in blue, or 9% when manufactured in orange or green, thus providing higher protection and shade against the sunlight.

The Lona Flexi Forte is a canvas made with a lighter fabric than that one of Lona Forte, but it is effectively suitable for the intended needs, i.e., covering smaller areas.

Agro Forte, another of the company's registered trademarks, is a transparent and colorless laminated fabric that allows an 80% passage of light and is 3 times more resistant than the conventional PEBD films. It is suitable for greenhouse coverings, floriculture, fruit growing, olericulture, frog breeding, fish breeding and forestal vivariums.

Viti Forte is a centrally reinforced laminated screen that is especially suitable for vine movable coverings and also, for forestal vivariums.

Blackout is a 0,5 mm (500 microns) thick canvas that has a 0% light passage factor and is suitable for coverings in sugar mills, aviaries and other areas, or placed directly over the ground where there is the need of blocking the sunlight or being fully waterproof (industrial waste ponds, sluices, dams, pigpens, etc.), substituting PVC screens with the same thickness.

Technical fabrics supply the necessities of several market segments, such as soil coverings, furniture's back sides, flexible containers (big bags), aviaries, blankets for coffee harvesting, geo textile applications.

The extruded linings can be used in several ways for paper lining and adding other materials, such as raffia, aluminum, technical films, etc., and even applying polyethylene or polypropylene in several sizes.
