Our company provides more than 300 direct job posts, besides those related to third parties, such as job posts in the sewing and tool shop areas, as well as in the maintenance area, through independent service providers. Because Plásticos do Paraná is a 100% Brazilian/Paraná's company, during all these years we employed people from Paraná, many times more than a generation from the same family. This has a positive social repercussion, even in other regions in Brazil, since our company has representatives working all over the national territory.

Our company social responsibility is fulfilled by means of an agreement with the State Education Secretariat that sponsors students in the elementary and high school levels.

Plásticos do Paraná keeps a training center, where our collaborators receive updating courses related to their professional careers and to quality of life.

There is also a medical clinic that works full-time/round-the-clock and a dinning-hall run by an industrial meal company.

Besides, the company collaborates socially by fulfilling the law that rules upon hiring handicapped.
